The air conditioning was not working, which made our stay uncomfortable. When we reported the issue, the reception staff seemed indifferent and claimed it was broken, promising to fix it—yet nothing happened during our stay. I also found the breakfast wasn't included, and paying extra just felt like a rip-off given the nearby alternatives.

Nice stay with comfy perks

Room 507 was super cozy with a lovely terrace to soak up the sun. Breakfast was legit, lots of sweets and pastries to kick off the day. The staff were really friendly too! Only thing was, the walk back from downtown was a bit tiring after a day of exploring.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Picasso Museum and Gibralfaro Castle during our stay. The breakfast was a good spread of fresh pastries and fruits, and my kids loved the comfy beds with large balconies to relax on after our adventures.

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of family-friendly activities nearby was disappointing.
